Shipping and handling charge plus insurance fee are non-refundable at any case.

If item is lost during in-transit, we will send you replacement after receiving post office`s
formal confirmation letter.

Return and Refund
We accept Email requests for returns within 7 working days of receiving
your order, with return shipping costs non-refundable.
If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a
refund or replacement.
If you are not satisfied when you receive the item, please return it within 7 days for a replacement or money back.
Please contact us for a return guide before you return it.
All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
Order is nullified if we don´t receive a tracking number.
If the item is defective in 3 months, We will send you a replacement without extra charge, or offer refund after we
receive the defective item.
If the item is defective after 3 months, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the
defective item. But you need to pay the extra shipping fee.
Please make sure your address( name, address, zipcode and phone) is correct when purchase, or please correct
it before payment. We can’t change receipt of address after delivery. Items will be shipped within 3 working day once payment is received.
Delivery time takes between 12-20 working days to arrive to destination.
We take great care in packing every detail to ensure safe shipment to you. Therefore please check the package
before you sign to receiver it, if it is broken or damaged, you can take a photo and send to us, we will solve the
